Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Shipping and Delivery Policy of Sarthan aims to ensure complete transparency and security for customers throughout all logistics stages, from order approval to product arrival at the provided address.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, orders enter an internal processing phase, which takes up to 5 working days. During this period, the following stages are completed: verification, picking, packaging, and tracking code generation.

The tracking code will be automatically sent to the registered email address once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

The average estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days after dispatch. This timeframe may vary due to external factors, such as:

  • Delays or operational restrictions from Royal Mail or courier services
  • HM Revenue & Customs inspections
  • Peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Strikes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control

Based on our logistics history, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within 15 working days.

Order Tracking

All orders have international and domestic tracking codes. With this code, customers can track all movements, from departure from the country of origin to arrival at the delivery address.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the parcel status to avoid situations such as return due to absence or failed delivery.

Delivery Attempts and Collection Points

Deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail or designated courier services. In cases such as:

  • Recipient absence
  • Areas with delivery restrictions
  • Difficult-to-access addresses

The courier may leave a notification card for collection at the nearest post office or collection point. If the parcel is returned due to failed delivery, a new shipment will need to be requested, which may incur additional costs.

Delivery Address

Customers must carefully review delivery details at the time of purchase.

  • Address changes cannot be made after 24 hours from order confirmation
  • Cancellations also cannot be processed after this period
  • In case of return due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing essential information, responsibility lies entirely with the customer

If the product returns to the overseas sender, the delivery timeframe will restart from the reshipment confirmation.
