Returns and Exchange Policy

Sarthan values transparency, respect, and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we provide a clear Returns and Exchange Policy aligned with UK Consumer Rights legislation.

Request Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

For a return or exchange to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Must show no signs of use, wear, odour, dirt, or damage
  • Must be accompanied by all tags, accessories, manuals, and other included items
  • Must be in perfect condition, exactly as received

Important: We will not accept products that do not meet these requirements. They will be automatically returned to the customer.

Change of Mind Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return products within 14 days without providing a reason.

However, we evaluate each case individually to offer the best possible solution.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a manufacturing defect, customers must provide:

  • Short video demonstrating the defect
  • Order number
  • Email address used for purchase

After analysis and approval, customers may choose:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value
  • Store credit
  • Full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs

After receiving the information, our team will respond with:

  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Refund Timeline

Once the product has been returned for analysis and approval, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on:

  • Your card provider
  • Your bank
  • Payment method used at purchase

Shipping Costs

  • For manufacturing defects, all shipping costs are the store's responsibility
  • For change of mind or customer error, shipping and return costs are the customer's responsibility
