Yes. All orders sent by Sarthan have international and domestic tracking codes, allowing you to track the complete journey of your product until delivery.

Yes. During international transport, it's common for tracking to remain without updates for several days. Once the item arrives in the UK, new movements will be registered by Royal Mail.

The average delivery time is 7 to 15 working days after dispatch.

Changes can only be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation.
After this period, the address cannot be modified, nor can the order be cancelled, as it will have been sent for logistics processing.
